Our Stacked Towns

Stacked townhomes are a type of multi-unit building which ‘stack’ multiple units on top of each other, often including a front and back option. They give homeowners a feeling of separation from their neighbours in a way that typical condos cannot: each unit has its own front door, and there’s no need for elevators or shared lobbies like many condominiums.

Different than our Woodhaven community, each vertical “stack” features three new floorplan designs. The main floor unit, The Bronte, is a 1091 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that is designed around wheel-chair accessibility, with wider doors and hallways, increased space in bathrooms for a full turning radius, and internal and external ramps. Pricing for The Bronte starts at $328,900.

The Hudson is the upper unit at the front of the building. The 2-storey plan offers 1289 sq. ft., 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The main floor is open-concept, with an island (complete with breakfast bar), covered balcony, and a master retreat with a walk-in-closet and ensuite bathroom. Pricing for The Hudson starts at $343,900.

The Lawrence is the upper unit at the back of the building, with 1412 sq .ft., 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. While the layout is similar to The Hudson, this design also includes added cabinetry and counter space in the kitchen, as well as a dinette area. Pricing for The Lawrence starts at $348,900.
