During your homebuying journey, we want you to feel confident every step of the way. After you’ve met with our sales team and selected your lot/unit and your home, we offer a minimum 10-Day Conditional Period. This gives you time to review everything, consult with professionals, and ask us any questions you might have. If you decide it’s not the right fit during this period, you can walk away without any hassle. It’s all about making sure you’re happy with your decision—no pressure!
We also believe in complete transparency – we don’t hide any costs; we lay everything out upfront. Our closing costs are what you would typically expect to see on any new home purchase. Everything else – including utility meters or connections – has been included in the price of your new home, so that you can spend your money on more important things, like making your house a home.

You’ll have the chance to see your home at pre-drywall and prior to closing – but don’t worry, we’re still here after moving day to help you during your extensive warranty period and answer any questions you may have.
