We knew this would be the home to have our family. It’s the perfect size for us to grow in to. The open concept of the floorplan is what made us fall in love! We often host and want everyone to be together with no barriers. We also love our second-floor family room—perfect for our kids to hang out when they are older and store toys!

We loved the customer service we received throughout our building process with Activa. Every representative was accommodating and caring. We knew they had our best interest during the purchasing process–it was so stress-free!

Our favourite part of the community is the Grand River and nearby trail. We love taking walks and sitting by the river. Our ravine lot allows us to see the beautiful trees surrounding the river. We also love that our community is filled with families who want to create a sense of community and togetherness.
