To further add to your new home excitement, Activa builds energy efficient homes that are more comfortable, have better air quality, generate lower utility bills, and have lower greenhouse gas emissions than homes built to simply meet the minimum building code. This is why all Activa homes are at least Energy Star certified and why we were the first builder in the Region to build Net Zero Ready single detached homes.
