My home is exactly how I hoped it would be upon completion and I couldn’t be happier.

I recently moved in to an Activa New Build Condo in Kitchener, May of 2023. The whole experience was better than I could have hoped for with the Activa team helping me with every concern I brought to their attention.

Being a first time home buyer, I had some concerns about quality and timely responses from the building team, however these were put to rest when Jen, Jeff, Marla and the rest of the Activa building team stepped up and has quick solutions to every concern I had.

I would definitely recommend Activa to all homebuyers out there, whether you are a first time buyer like me or an experienced buyer. My home is exactly how i hoped it would be upon completion and I couldn’t be happier.
