When you build with Activa you’re matched with a Customer Experience Coordinator who will guide you every step of the way. This is your go-to person throughout the build process – and they’re only a quick email away if you have a question about your new home! Our end goal: that you enjoy the process and have a stress-free experience with us.
There’s a misconception that building a new home (and everything that comes along with it) is going to be stressful – but we disagree wholeheartedly with this notion! This is why we’ve added several touchpoints throughout the build, so that your experience is stress-free from start to finish.
Your Customer Experience Coordinator will be there to help guide you through the one-on-one meetings you’ll have during construction, like the pre-drywall visit. Our homeowners love this meeting because it’s equal parts exciting and educational – they can start to see what their new home will look like, and learn more about the construction technology inside!
Another exciting meeting with your Customer Experience Coordinator is the pre-delivery inspection. Here, you’ll have the chance to see your home shortly before your closing date, and check out your beautiful finishes and design choices for the first time!
But it doesn’t end there. We ensure that our customer experience continues after closing, through continuous education tools like maintenance tip sheets, as well as our work with any warranty issues. We’re committed to making sure that the experience is positive for our homeowners, because we care about you and want you to be excited throughout the process.
