A note on the COVID-19 outbreak:

With the exception of the Design Studio, all operations at Activa have resumed as per normal. The Design Studio continues to operate by appointment only and is not open to the public at this time.

Product delays and labour shortages continue to impact our homebuilding operations. If you are a homeowner, our Customer Experience Coordinators will advise you of any product delays related to your new home. Please be patient with us as we do our best to not let this impact your experience.

As the situation regarding the current COVID-19 outbreak continues to change and grow, we at Activa are closely monitoring the developments to help mitigate the spread of the disease. Our top priority is the safety of our staff, partners, and customers throughout this time.

After careful consideration, Activa will be temporarily closing down our home building sites. If you are a customer who is directly impacted by this temporary closure, our Customer Experience team will contact you directly to walk you through your unique next steps. Please know that Activa is doing everything we can to minimize delays amidst this unexpected and unprecedented situation, and will be working one-on-one with impacted homeowners to ensure the most thoughtful and appropriate responses are taken.

In addition to the temporary closure of our home building sites, here are the steps we’re taking to mitigate the spread of the virus:

  • The majority of our employees will be working from home for the short term to contribute to social distancing. We’ve also mandated self-isolation for any employees who are feeling unwell or have returned from travelling out-of-country.
  • Many of our scheduled appointments – whether at our offices, Design Studio, with one of our Sales Agents, or at our sites – will be held virtually or rescheduled if not urgent. Our team will be in touch if this change impacts you.
  • Increased cleaning of all facilities has been implemented and hand sanitizer is available at all locations.

In addition, please visit Tarion’s website to educate yourself on the advisories they have issued for homeowners.

As the situation regarding the current COVID-19 outbreak continues to change and grow, we at Activa are closely monitoring the developments to help mitigate the spread of the disease. Our top priority is the safety of our staff, partners, and customers throughout this time. 

Effective immediately and until April 6th, our Design Studio, Sales Centres and Model Homes will open by appointment only.

As a company we have taken additional measures to ensure high levels of cleanliness in our work environments, and ask that everyone on our team does their part in acting responsibly and considerately to respect our community’s health and wellness. If you’re feeling unwell and have an appointment with any of our employees or at one of our offices or locations, we would be happy to reschedule your appointment or move it to a virtual appointment. Please contact us to arrange this. 

To this end, we ask that anyone feeling unwell be mindful about alternatives to visiting our sites and offices in-person:   

  • If you have an appointment in our offices, Design Studio, or with one of our Sales Agents, please feel free to reschedule at any time
  • Those wishing to book an appointment with a Sales Agent can request a phone/email conversation rather than visiting our Sales Centres
