Organized and enjoyable!

We have enjoyed living in the Doon community for the past 13 years. The local schools are fantastic, the grocery store and pharmacy are so close and there are so many great restaurants in our area. We especially enjoy the dedicated green space and walking trails right in our backyard. That is why when we were looking for our next home, Doon South was always our first choice!

Activa has a fantastic team that showed us a great experience from start to finish, which we will always remember. The purchasing process at the sales office gave us the confidence that we chose the right builder and our Customer Experience Coordinator, Jennifer, was always prompt in getting back to us to address any questions we had along the way.

Hands down our favourite part of the process was our time spent at the Activa Design Studio. Our Design Consultant, Sandy, took the time to listen to what we had envisioned for our new home and provided recommendations to help us achieve this. We knew exactly the features and finishes we wanted in our forever home, and the Activa team executed them with excellence. What we thought was going to be an overwhelming process was so organized and enjoyable!

Our kids adore their new home! Our three boys have so much fun on the balcony looking out at the forest and they especially enjoy the upstairs family room, which has been transformed into a kid’s play area. Our favourite room, however, is the kitchen. This is where we all come together daily and enjoy each other’s company.  Our days begin and end in our beautiful kitchen, where we share laughs, stories, and create great memories.
