Our home suits our needs in several ways. We’ve known for a while that we want to grow our family, and moving into a home with 4 bedrooms has allowed us to do so. We also love to host our family and friends for dinners and special events so having a large open concept space is perfect for us to comfortably entertain everyone.

We absolutely love our kitchen and great room. An open concept layout was so important to us so we could feel close and connected as a family and when we host dinners – we can all be together, gathering around our oversized island or lounging in the great room. Also, we love our private laundry room upstairs. It’s so convenient, especially with kids and the amount of laundry we do!

We were new to purchasing a new build and being responsible for making decisions about the design. The people who helped us through this process were knowledgeable, professional and we really appreciated their honest opinions and feedback. Whenever we had questions they were quick to respond and help us feel at ease.

In our neighbourhood, we love the variety of parks for kids and the green space with several different walking and hiking trails. We enjoy being outside and have found the nature trails to be beautiful and a nice way to exercise close to home.
