We got into working with Activa after we bought a spec semi detached home. Although it was too late for us to do a pre drywall inspection and due to the home being a spec home we were not able to choose the finishes. That said when we went to the design center we could not find one thing that would be something we didn’t like or something we wouldn’t have already picked on our own. The home was in great condition and as one would expect in any new build regardless there were some issues. With a builder the concern isn’t whether you have issues it’s how they address them. This is where Activa has yet again shined. In dealing with the team of people that have come to resolve the issues that we’ve had, we have been nothing short of amazed at how well they respond and how professional they are and most of all how they fix the issues. We’ve now been here 6 months and are very delighted with the home that we bought and the support we’ve had from Activa and their team. We would definitely recommend them to friends.
