My partner and I purchased and built our first home with Activa. We were new to the process but felt like it was so easy to follow and felt very involved with everything. We were given an instruction binder to follow for dates and what to expect for our inspections etc. This gave us direction and made us feel comfortable with the process. This really impressed me as it showed that they were professional.

The design studio was an exciting experience! We visited multiple times on our own before our appointment to walk through the area. All of our questions were answered with ease. When we had our design appointment, we did not feel pressured to upgrade. Our designer was great at matching to our styles and did a wonderful job at pulling out multiple swatches/floor tiles etc.

We are moved in and settled and my partner and I cannot say “I love our house!” enough. We are so happy with the results and the quality of our home. Any issues we had were taken care of quickly.
