Jordan and I are what you would call homebodies, so having a comfortable home that speaks to our tastes is important to us. Everyone that we’ve worked with in designing and building our home has helped us make that a reality. From the sales team to design studio, customer experience, and site coordinators, and supervisors, we’ve found that everyone that we have worked with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

As an Activa employee, we often talk about the importance of the customer experience as our guiding principle in what we do at work.
