For After Hours Emergency Support:

Activa is pleased to offer emergency support up to two years after taking occupancy. Our team will assist you throughout the evening if you experience the following:

• Complete loss of heat or electricity
• Water penetration into the home
• Major plumbing leak
• Gas leak – call 911 as well as the following companies:
  • Kitchener, call Kitchener Utilities at 519-741-2541
  • Waterloo, call Union Gas at 1-877-969-0999

 

If you identify one of these issues, please call the number below and leave a detailed message with your address and a call back number. An Activa representative will be in contact with you within one hour. We will attempt to have the original contractor correct the problem, or will offer alternative solutions to guide you through the necessary steps to contend with the emergency until we can address it during the next business day.
