Location: Waterloo, Ontario

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Supervisor is responsible for supporting the growth and development of the Activa brand, both traditionally and digitally. They are also responsible for managing the Digital Marketing Specialist, who reports directly to this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that optimize marketing effectiveness and enhance user experience
  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans to support major brand and product launches · Manage the brand’s online experience and performance (
  • Leverage analytics and insight to drive ongoing platform optimizations
  • Develop and maintain quarterly KPI reporting on overall digital performance
  • Participate in development and production of key marketing collateral
  • Collect, analyze and interpret industry research and internal data to support marketing initiatives
  • Assist in the execution of various event strategies and lead the digital promotion of all public-facing events
  • Other duties as assigned within the spirit and the scope of the role.


  • Graduated from a business, marketing, digital or relevant post-secondary program
  • Ideally with 2+ years of working/co-op experience
  • Previous management or leadership experience is an asset but not required
  • Working knowledge of various software programs including MS Office and Windows Explorer
  • Professional certification in digital, SEO/SEM or analytics an asset
  • Graphic Design and experience with Adobe illustrator or other design tools are an asset
  • Knowledge of home building industry is an asset but not required
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Saleforce)
