We just recently got married. It’s just the two of us right now and our home gives us enough room to live comfortably, but we hope to start a family soon and this house will be perfect for us to grow into. We also both work from home and the extra bedrooms upstairs gives us the space to have a home office.

Our favourite space in the house is the main floor. The open concept makes it perfect for having friends and family over. We can still interact with everyone while being in the kitchen cooking. We both love to watch movies and the living room is perfect for us to settle in for the night and watch something together.

Activa made the build process so easy. As first time home buyers, they walked us through the whole process ensuring that everything was perfect and to our standards. They were always available to answer our questions and kept to their deadlines. The Design Studio is beautiful, and everyone there was more than helpful while we were picking out finishes and made sure everything in the house met our individual needs.

The community is very family friendly. There are tons of trails and parks nearby to go for walks and to spend time outside. Although we are far enough away to have lots of trails everything you would need is just a short drive away. There are also lots of schools in the area which is perfect for young families.
