My husband and I purchased an Activa home and we couldn’t have been more impressed with the entire process from start to finish.

Our Customer Experience Representatives Julie and Kim were available 24/7 to answer any of our questions. They were true professionals providing great insights and ‘held our hands’ throughout the build. It was a nice added touch to have this service with Activa as most builders from our experience do not provide this. They pointed things out during our PDI that we would have overlooked, you could tell that they wanted the final product to be of a specific calibre, perfection.

Our Design Specialist was AMAZING! We thought we had everything pretty much picked out before we had to make our selections until we sat down with her to go over colours and materials. Her insights were absolutely incredible and the final product is stunning! We couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out.

Lastly, the Site Super Rick was a true professional and pleasure to deal with. He actually was able to get us in four days early to accommodate the closing on our other home. This was above and beyond, completely unnecessary but much appreciated. If we required minor touchups, he was prompt to have the trades come in and fix things right away.

Our home is beautiful, was customized and is a first class build. We recommend Activa to anyone looking for a high-end product with next-level customer care.
